About Us
Bellarine foods partners with Australian companies to make world class functional foods in Australia. Before us, there was no capability for Australian based, small-scale producers to dry specialty products. Similarly, Australian businesses can’t source specialty Australian raw materials to make functional foods, including infant formulas.
Bellarine Foods partners with suppliers of Goat Milk, Goat Whey, Sheep Milk and Camel Milk to process products for customers who are proven long term participants in the industry.

We process our own products as well as providing a processing service for other people’s products in the following areas:
- Goat milk powder – Full cream goat milk powder, spray-dried from fresh goat milk, suitable for a range of uses, including infant formula nutritional applications or adult nutrition.
- Goat whey protein powder – Whey protein concentrate, spray-dried from liquid whey, suitable for infant formula nutrition and as protein source for general food or supplement applications.
- Bovine colostrum powder – Spray-dried bovine colostrum, retaining natural bioactive components, for nutritional and supplement applications.
- Microalgae powder – Spray-dried Nannochloropsis microalgae, a natural source of omega-3s and pigments for nutritional applications.
- Specialty mineral and nutrient powders – Custom-processed mineral and nutrient powders manufactured to precise specifications for nutritional and industrial customers.
- Natural flavour powders – Spray-dried flavour powders produced from natural ingredients for food and beverage manufacturers.
